Thank you for shopping with SOLANA Made in Bahia | Brazil. Please review our shipping information before placing your order.
PRE-ORDER & PRODUCTION
Many SOLANA resort wear and swimwear pieces are offered through our limited pre-order model and may be produced or prepared in Brazil after your order is confirmed.
For pre-order items, please allow approximately 20 business days for production, processing, international transportation, and arrival at our Southern California fulfillment location.
This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. International transportation, customs processing, production schedules, carrier operations, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect estimated timelines.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Once your order reaches our Southern California fulfillment location and is ready for shipment, it will be carefully packaged and transferred to the applicable domestic carrier.
Standard domestic delivery within the United States generally takes approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.
Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed by SOLANA.
ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
You will receive an order confirmation after successfully placing your order.
When your package is ready for domestic shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after your shipping label is created.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.
SOLANA is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
SHIPPING RATES
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Promotional or complimentary shipping offers may be subject to specific conditions and may be modified or discontinued for future orders.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped together or separately depending on product availability, production schedules, and fulfillment requirements.
If an order is divided into multiple shipments, separate tracking information may be provided.
DELAYS
Although we make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to production schedules, international logistics, customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a material delay affects your order, we will provide information or remedies as required by applicable law.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant information.
For damaged merchandise, please retain the product and packaging and provide photographs when requested so that we can evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, work with the carrier.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER ORDERS
If international shipping is offered at checkout, customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other governmental fees imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
International delivery times may vary substantially depending on destination and customs processing.
